Reporting to the Production Supervisor this person will assist in the production of delicious pretzel bread!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Complete a variety of manual labor tasks in the production of baked goods.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Monitor product quality according to company standards (proper size, color, cut, texture, packaging, etc).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Physically move, push, and\/or handle product, materials, and equipment (racks, pans, product, etc.).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Addressing production issues with line operator.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Understand and execute lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Complete standard sanitation tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks to keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Work with Production Supervisor and other production team members to manage production workflow.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Monitor and continuously make improvements to meet and exceed company standards.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Understand and promote Miller Baking\u2019s Quality Management Systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMPs to ensure safety and quality of employees and products.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Support, demonstrate and promote Miller Baking Co.\u2019s core values: Stability, Going the Extra Mile, Curiosity, Humility<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Perform all duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Previous experience in a plant production environment and\/or in drug, food, or beverage manufacturing preferred.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Available to work 12-hour shifts.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Must be able to read and write.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Available for shift rotation or flexible shift rotation schedule as required.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.&nbsp; This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing in environments with varied temperatures.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Must be 18 years or older.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pay Rate:<\/b> <b>$ 1<\/b><b>st<\/b><b> shift 11.25, 2<\/b><b>nd<\/b><b> $11.75, 3<\/b><b>rd<\/b><b> 12.25<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Days\/Hours<\/b><b> (shift): Monday- Saturday. 1<\/b><b>st<\/b><b> shift 6:00am to 4:30pm, 2nd 3:30pm to 2:30am and 3<\/b><b>rd<\/b><b> 8:00pm to 6:30am<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>*Hours
