As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be required to conduct general maintenance inspections, perform routine electrical maintenance, respond to faults and wiring issues, and install major electrical appliances for the building.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Identifying faults or hazards.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Troubleshooting system failures.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Responding to fault requests.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Writing electrical maintenance reports.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Installing new electrical appliances in the building.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Adhering to safety and performance standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">High school diploma or GED.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Electrician qualification certificate.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Physically strong and able to stand for long periods.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pay Rate: $34k-59k per year<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Days\/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday(8am-5pm)(3:30pm-11:30pm)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Hours are subject to change depending on workload, must be flexible.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Electrician to look after the electrical system of our building.
