The Inside Sales\/ Customer Service Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.<\/p>\n<p>To be successful as an Inside Sales\/ Customer Service Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales\/ Customer Service Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Understanding customers&#8217; needs and identifying sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Answering potential customers&#8217; questions and sending additional information per email.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Keeping up with product and service information and updates.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Staying informed about competing products and services.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Upselling products and services.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Researching and qualifying new leads.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Closing sales and achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">High school diploma\/GED.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Excellent phone and cold calling skills.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Exceptional customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Strong listening and sales skills.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ability to achieve targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pay Rate: $11-16 per hour<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Days\/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday(8am-5pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Hours are subject to change depending on work load, must be flexible.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales\/ Customer Service Representative to join our team.
