Industrial Painters are responsible for maintaining technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order, possessing a wide array of painting tools including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes and rollers and removing previous paint surfaces using masking or a chemical rinse, among other duties.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Industrial Painters will need to operate heavy machinery, requiring stamina and physical strength<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Reading instructions and examining surfaces to determine the amount of work necessary.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Prepping the product and other surfaces for painting along with ensuring the quality of the paint (no mixing)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Paint surfaces according to instructions using a variety of methods (wet\/oil paint)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Able to be fitted for a respirator<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Moving the finished painted product<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Disposing and removing of old paint appropriately<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cleaning the painting equipment and maintaining an organized work area<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Maintaining all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Requires painting experience preferably in an industrial setting<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Requires working knowledge of basic hand tools<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Requires the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">High school diploma or GED.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Experience painting a variety of surface types.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proficiency with technical machinery.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Physical strength to operate machinery.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Diligence and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good organizational skill.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good verbal communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pay Rate: $15-26 per hour<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Days\/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday(8am-5pm)(3:30pm-11:30pm)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Hours are subject to change depending on work load, must be flexible.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for candidates with attention to detail and good dexterity for the position of Industrial Painter.
