Forklift Operators are responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs and managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment, among other duties.<\/p>\n<p>Forklift Operators will need to transport valuable items, requiring diligence and good hand-eye coordination.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Securing loads to machine before transportation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Inspecting for damages to vehicles.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Operating and managing technical equipment.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Identifying workplace safety hazards.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Adhering to safety management standards.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Adhering to production schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">High school diploma or GED.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Valid fork-lifting certificate.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Excellent hand-eye coordination.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proficiency operating technical machinery and RF scanners.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good physical condition.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Mathematical aptitude.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pay Rate: $10-18 per hour<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Days\/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday. 1st shift (8am-5pm), 2nd (4:30pm to 3:00am)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Hours are subject to change depending on work load, must be flexible.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent attention to detail for the position of Forklift Operator.
