We are seeking sewing candidates to work in a fast paced manufacturing company. Candidates must be reliable and have good work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works from verbal and written instructions
  • Performs sewing of components and/or sub-assemblies
  • Assemble two or more fabric piece parts by sewing seams following sample, verbal or written instructions
  • Work with various types of materials such as heavy fabric, vinyl, leather, canvas and plastics
  • Replace needles, bobbins and thread. Thread needles and adjust thread and spool tensions as required
  • Visually inspect materials and work performed before and after sewing for defects, i.e. loose stitching, proper seam allowance and seam alignment, to ensure adherence to established quality standards
  • Stamp employee identification number on each piece produced
  • Notify Supervisor or Group Leader of problems for disposition or remedy
  • Performs daily maintenance duties on sewing machines, i.e. oiling and lint removal, and
  • Looks for ways to improve sewing processes

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for all of the regular shift as well as bend, reach and stoop
  • Must be able to keep up with the production lines
  • Drug test required

Pay Rate: 1st $11 or more depends of experience.

Days/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday (7:00am – 3:30pm)

Tig Welder

We are seeking a TIG welder to assemble stainless steel products ensuring the highest possible quality at the lowest possible cost, while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements and company performance standards, in accordance with the organization’s Code Of Conduct and Operating and Guiding Principles, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere by his/her behavior and communications to others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for TIG welding
  • Measure and align workpieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers
  • Fill ducts with water/air and submerge in water to identify pipe leakage
  • Ensure compliance with established health/safety policies and regulations
  • Carry out grinding and thermal cutting operations to obtain various textures and sizes for metal parts
  • Oversee the set-up of TIG welding equipment
  • Operate power and hand tools such as arc welders, buffing machine, and scrapers
  • Maintain good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and repair of piping systems and metal structures
  • Ensure welding operations meet set specifications and construction requirements
  • Perform TIG welding on materials such as fiberglass, iron, plastic, and copper
  • Conduct radiographic and bend tests to verify the quality of weld.

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma or similar.
  • A completed apprenticeship or vocational training.
  • A relevant certificate from a welding association may be required.
  • Excellent stamina, strength, and dexterity.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Sound understanding of welding safety.
  • The ability to teach would be advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.

Pay Rate: $16-22 per hour

Days/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday(8am-5pm)(3:30pm-11:30pm)

Screen Print Catcher

Location: North of Milwaukee, WI
Employment type: Full-Time

We are looking for a candidate to work in a fast paced high energy environment as a Screen Print Catcher, responsible for production inventory counts, quality control, verifying work with production work orders and entering information into system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receives job assignments directed from press operator.
• Assists press operator in setting up press. Lays out stock.
• Counts inventory prior to production run, and verifies counts after production with work order
• Unloads printed or items from dryer, counts and stacks goods. Boxes printed goods after printing
• Inspect printed item for print quality such as registration, pinholes, screen breakdown, ink issues
• Maintain production records as required.
• Cleans press and print station.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.

We are seeking candidates to work in a fast paced disinfectant wipes manufacturing company. Candidates must be reliable and have good work ethic.

Rapid growth Depending on initiative, and interest. We offer machine operator training.

Transportation is available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working on the line grabbing rolls of product, packing them, also requires putting cans and lids.
  • Keep the work area clean
  • Keep your hands clean at all times when handling the product.
  • Pay attention to details to make sure there is nothing wrong with the product or packages.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have and wear protective gear.
  • Must be able to stand for all of the regular shift as well as bend, reach and stoop.
  • Must be able to keep up with the production lines.
  • Must follow GMP’s as well as all food safety rules.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
  • Must follow GMP’s as well as all food safety rules.

Pay Rate: 1st $11.00 2nd shift $11.00 3rd $ $11.00.

Food Manufacturing

Location: Milwaukee, WI

We are looking for a Production Team Member to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company. Reporting to the Production Supervisor this person will assist in the production of delicious pretzel bread!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete a variety of manual labor tasks in the production of baked goods.
  • Monitor product quality according to company standards (proper size, color, cut, texture, packaging, etc).
  • Physically move, push, and/or handle product, materials, and equipment (racks, pans, product, etc.).
  • Addressing production issues with line operator.
  • Understand and execute lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Complete standard sanitation tasks as assigned.
  • Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks to keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work with Production Supervisor and other production team members to manage production workflow.
